i have a standard cab 82 p/u for sale or trade, i has about a 4 inch lift i think the fronts are waggies and the rears are some kind of modified rancho's, wheels are 15x8 3 1/2 back space, tire are 35x12.5/15 extreme's with about 40% tread maybe more, i bought this at an auction did the work for my boys and they don't want it any more so its gotta go, don't know if it will pass smog or not everything is on it i just never tried, i have a bill of sale only on it, the dmv says to title it you need to smog it and have it verified by dmv....$2300/obo/trades

ok gonna give it till the week after turkey day then its getting parted, motor,trans,and front axle are sold when i part it...any body need anything off it if i part it ? rims tires, seats? whatcha need >> thats if i dont sell it before then

Its actually not bad to apply for a new title in California. I did it to my 82 Pickup.
All you need is to get the truck weighed, VIN verification by a DMV employee, Smog certificate, and a note explaining why that the owner/seller doesnt have a title, and a bill of sale. It only cost me the $56 registration in all.
