i checked with summit.. superior and Richmond for the 4.56 ratio i need. Toyota 8 inch for the front. I'm still in the look mode. i hear Richmond's are good.. but for $189.00 a set i think i can get pretty much the same deal a Randy's for a set of Yukon's. but I'm a beginner when it comes to putting gears together. I'd still call them, and make sure what they're going to send you.

superior.. sounds good.. they're $165.00 now.. they say there made in USA or Europe. how did the quality look to you? I've got a Toyota set rear and need to regear the front. so it doesn't have to be perfect.

Did you know Yukon has never ever actually ever made any drivetrain component?  They just buy generally higher quality components from the other companies, put them in fancy blue and white boxes and give em a big thumbs up approval.  After blowing up 3 sets of Yukons it really doesnt matter who the gears come from.  BTW, don't let yukon know if you plan on running anything bigger than 35's on the 8 inch toy R&P's

my buddy bought a set of superior 5.29's from all pro a couple years back and the splines where the yoke slides on were cut crooked..... 2 sets the same way.... so he went with some yukon's and has never had a problem.... I have heard nothing but good about yukon gears I know lots of people who swear by them....
