MCR Videography Take 2

Anyone who got video at MCR: if you're willing, we would like to use your video in making an MCR7 'movie', and hopefully we can do this for the future MCR's as well.  If you have any video footage that you are willing to share for the sake of an MCR Movie, please let me know and we can work something out.

I'll be willing to pay for shipping if you can get video to DVD and mail it to me.  If ya'll are interested, we can have a video chapter and photo chapter if you wanna share your photos as well.

Well to be honest, we have all our footage put together into a full 45 min DVD already... and that's only the video, not the pictures.  We're tryin to get more video so that we can have more than just our rigs in the video, and hoping to forward it on to MC so they can produce it.

We're going to be staging videographers throughout the trail if we can find enough cameras in hopes to make a video for Marlin to do with as he pleases - give/sell/raffle them off.

Did you get any from this year?

Unfortunately, not many people got video this trip, and we didn't thinka bout putting together a video until after the trip.  We already have a 40 minute video, but the rigs in it are limited and no shots of Marlin himself So we're hoping some board members can come up with some vid from the trip.

My buddy Wade got a bunch of footage (hour +) but unfortunately we reviewed it the other day, and well... he was a little buzzed and got caught up spotting everyone so half the footage isn't useable unless you like crappy angles and lots of shots of dirt and shoes 

There is some good footage in there and whenever he has some free time I'll bring him over to clean up the footage and I will post it online. Next year it would be really cool to get some good shots. You really have to plan it though and get people on different shots to make it interesting though.

ya i got some footage, actually i get some from every year that i go. i've been wanting to do this for awhile now. the last few years though i've had bad luck and have broken so i dont get much film time cause im wrenching. i was thinking maybe next year get to the con on a thursday so i can get a ton of stuff and be able to make it to the springs ON TIME and ahead of schedual. maybe even for the setup. i also want to do the helicopter ride and get some footage from up there of the box/springs and what not. i got a lot of ideas. i have the camera and the computer to do it all. (sony dcr-vx2000/and a brand new MacBookPro)

Well, since we only have about 10 rigs total on our vid.. we're lookin for anything right now.  Whether it's pictures or vid... If you find anything you wanna add to it just let me know.

We are looking for video from MCR7, and I'm trying to get a show of hands on who can video MCR8. We're going to try to give out the MCR7 dvd's at MCR8, but we can't do it with the small amount of footage that we have currently.

If you have footage of MCR7 that you're willing to share, please let me know and get it to me however it takes - I can reimburse for shipping if required, and if you send me a memory card or thumb drive, I will get it back to you.
