Why the hell would you run a hitch that low on a offroad vehicle? just seeing that discredits everything you say.  Change your plates to goober. rocksfr...ha

I'll try to respond politely without ripping you a new one. First off you don't even know me to respond about my credits as I don't know you, but let me enlighten you about myself I've taken stock rigs deeper and farther than you might take a built rig, but then again I don't know you as you don't know me. Second, do you really know how low that hitch is? take a real good look again and notice that I had to use 2 jacks in series to lift it off the ground. Third it bolts on and bolts off if I were to take it somewhere I felt it would be in the way it takes a matter of minutes to remove. Fourth it serves its purpose since I can without a big drop hitch tow something with it. You are a sad little troll and for your time you'll get no soup. Now go back where you came from.

Easy Big Shooter...this isn't PBB and that was pretty rough coming from a guy with 28 posts.  There is a 30 post minimum prior to  :flamer:

So we agree that we don't know each other and how much we've done and where we've gone. So then why would you storm into a bulletin board and and try to demean someone you know nothing about? On MCBB respect is earned not flamed. The amount of posts or time spent online does not make you king here especially since that would make Glen King. Well he owns both of those titles so maybe queen. :yikes: Any-who good input is always accepted here and is what makes your status here grow not how badly you can flame someone. Light-hearted banter is fine like what I just did to Glen, he knows me and that I'm just messing with him.

i wouldn't run anything over a 2 inch block without an axle wrap bar.  i ran 4 inch blocks at first and noticed a lot of axle wrap.  switched to the 2's and it was a lot better.  just keep the u-bolts tight.  try switching to a little longer shackle maybe.

I got put in my place, im new on this bb and shouldnt be running my mouth, but i just just jackin around, i meant no harm. To be honest, i think i was under the influence( the local mex resturant has got stupid good margs).

I just pulled my blocks, replaced them with some taller springs i had layin around, and didnt think to lube them up before install!! I used a whole can of pentrating lube and put a 680lb. fat sac(thats right, one for wakeboarding) in the back to break the springs in. It sat soooo tall my shackles were strait, im going to give it few days and see where it sits. after an hour it was already better, but not good enough. any suggestions on a good break in for the springs? should i just tweak it on a ramp for while?

don't run shocks for a couple wheeling trips that will help break them in

Even if you run shocks, it'll break them in.  Thats the best way really.  You just need to cycle them through their range a lot, so running it up and down an RTI ramp would work, but would take a LONG time.  load it up, like you've already done, and drive it around if you can't get to the trails.

Yeah I don't think I'd like to try a 4", I can feel a little wrap with my 2"  but it's not very much at all. I generally only feel it on the street and not so much on the trail, usually feel it shifting from 1st to 2nd.
