It comes apart into four pieces. The two sides, the front cross bar, and the rear hoop. It also comes with hardware, and sleeves. I honestly don't know the difference between the Allpro and the smitty built, except that the all pro has alot more gussets. The AP tubing is a smaller diameter, but the tube thickness looked to be about the same as the SB. As for shipping, because the rear hoop is all one piece, it would be a pain to ship. It would have to go on a Palet or something. I'd prefer not to ship, but do have some friends going to the hammers for thanksgiving that could deliver to the Lake bed. Let me know. (619)251-8052.
