k so heres the deal. i have a 85 long bed thats been mildly built. it has flatbed, lockers, 4'' lift , 35'' mt and a new 22-re.
i just got a really good deal on an v6 1993 toy xtra cab. that i bought just for rear axle, front hubs, calipers , the typical stuff to put on an older truck.
but my 85 cab has seen better days so id like to use the new cab.
problem is the new rig has a wheelbase of about 122'' and my current rig is at 112''? i think.
so my question is which frame do i use? mine thats already setup and running , but then have the rear tire like 7 inches away from the cab.
or do i start over with the new rig. and redo all the sus work and have a huge wb?
does anybody know what it would look like with a 93 gen cab on a 85 frame? ive seen very few 85 xtra cab on reg frame. but none of my gen body .
also does anyone know what id have to do to run a fuel cell? i have one and i assue i just run an external fuel pump to it but is there anything else to it like the trucks computer , does it care?
