The most important is a good ratchet strap and a good cooler, and a extra case of beer in the cab. :beerchug:
H*ll with the rest fix it when you sober up

I've got a truck box, and I used to have a box made by rubbermaid, the black one with the grey lid and red handles, walmart has them in the automotive section.

I have 2 of those. I am not sure what to do with the tools and :pokinit: in my runner.

i carried all those tools/fluids in some hard plastic tubs and a stanley roll-a-way toolbox. with the yukon i'm going to cut into the interior behind the wheel wells, great place to secure the tools and the smaller parts. swing out spare tire carrier will hold the highlift and fluids, put a small box on the roof rack later down the road for the axle shafts or i might put them inside as well.

I always thought it would be funny (kind of as a joke and kind of not) to carry some spare Jeep parts in case you get stuck behind some on the trail

that sounds like a good idea to me, all my buddies wheel jeeps and never carry any spares or tools, im the only one thats ever prepared

"Later, I learned that even though I engage 4WD my hubs are not automatically locking? Something about manual locking hubs I think. What's manual mean? I need to read a manual to lock them? lol  So I found these neat autolocking hubs and installed them. Sometimes they dont stay locked while I am backing up, but that's fine because I dont have a backup camera to see where Im going (like our RV) so I just simply dont ever back up"- BigMike
