a340h to 5 speed

I have an 89 4runner w 3 liter/a340 h auto tranny.I want to convert it to a 5 speed.What parts do I need for the swap?I have a v6 5 speed tranny.
I'd rather push a Toyota than drive a Jeep!!!

the V6 5 speed will work but the 22RTE 5 speed is better because you don't need an adapter plate between the transmission and transfer case if you want to run gear driven cases
