Ball joint spacers

I got a 92 pickup, and I was wondering what its reputation is? Good idea or not?

The spacers are fine if that's what you want to know.

I had them on an '86.  There were no issues.  They aren't long travel but they do add some travel and I think they're alot better than just cranking in lift.
