...and another one of my early rigs. I just noticed something funny about the first picture and my current avatar, seems I like that angle or something.

First picture, John Bull entering the camping spot, the second for those that remember it is Santiago Canyon, the last two are TDS. In fact the Santiago Canyon picture may have been the last pictures taken with a vehicle, we ran it the last weekend it was open on that Sunday.

I know that there is still a store there and where it currently is at but they used to be further down Indiana by Adams.

Thinking about it they were closer to Madison, I think there is a Goodyear Tire Center and an Autozone at that location now.

1)   Here's another pic of a pic... :disturbed:  My old Chevy. Funny, this pic
isn't as old as the one in my avatar.  :cheese:  It had 35" BFG A/T's then
and is pretty much stock otherwise besides the lift.  :eyebrow: I've had
this truck now for 18 years and it was my dad's truck when new which
makes me the 2nd owner. He traded in his '76 cadillac for it in '78. God,
I'd hate to think what that car would look like now with a lift and big
      tires.  :rofl2:  Although, it had a 500cid V8.  :gap:

2)  Yeah, still got it too!  :gap:  Since then I did a 3/4 ton conversion and it
has become more or less my tow rig for my toyhauler. I still wheel it in the
sand though.   Here it is now.

And of course my other toy that some of you may know.  :gap:

Rocksurfer

How'd that happen if it didn't have a motor or trans? :headscratch:

I was towing it on a trailer to have a shop put the motor in for me and lost control of the trailer.

I was thinking something like that.

Thought I'd bring this thread back up because I posted this picture in another thread yesterday . That's me standing in front of my black '87 Toyota 4x with 31" BFG muds at the time . We had just ran a trail in Deep Creek , at the time it seemed pretty extreme to me  :talkingn: . In the other thread I posted this picture in I put "At the time I thought my rig was built and aparently I thought I was ripped  :rofl2: " . This was back in 1995 :
