i just got an 85 standred cab shortbox. i am starting to build it. i have in mind a 4 inch lift with some 4.88's and some sort of crawler gears? suggestions? and high steer i have a detroit true track that i am going to put in the rear. i also have a set of 33's that i pulled off my old 89. mabey next month ill get the dual stick conversion.

yeah i have about $1500 this month. all that would be sick tho. i have alot of parts that are used that im just going to stick in. i got an 88 4runner last night with a loked rearend, i think its a spool. im not new to the toyota crowd this is my fourth toyota ive had and im 18. my second with a solid axle. but i do work at a NAPA so i get a good discount on parts! ill get some pics up.

about how much is it from a driveline shop to get your drive lines extended? when you run dual transfercases?

Nothinggg against what minisimp said, but theres A Lott of stuff in that list thats unnecessary, let alone half the crap you can make for half the price. you could get by with spending half that and have just as legit of a rig if you know what your doing.

and to add to that. if you make some :pokinit: on your own, your fab skills go up and your exp. points grow with confidence seeing the sliders you build hold up time and time again after hard mash and smash and still strong and straight
