Yep, 63 inch chevies on both of our trucks.  The flop is coming up.  Kinda in order of what we did.  I took your design about the double shackle inverting.  Welded a peice of 1/8 inch plate like yours on it.  Hasn't flipped since.  Thanx!

last.  the only body damage was on the fender and the door.  Not bad.

Hey looks like you had alot of fun lol, kinda reminds me of when i fliped myne but myne busted too tires and i was going prob alot faster then u were i was on a muddy motocross track with a buddy n i had split my front driveshaft in 2 earler that day so i was just goin prerunner style and haulin threw and doin donuts and got a lil too wild and hit a berm going too fast and over she went.
whats the line goin too ur rear axle air locker??

Looks like you had fun lol.  The line going to my axles are just breathers.  I was crawling in double low when it went over.  Got to the top of the berm and the drivers side rear tire came off the ground.  But it didn't stop going up and over it went.

The engine seems to be running a little worse then it did befoe the flop.  Seems to run a little rougher.  Engine mounts are still good. All the fluids are good.  Maybe my engine is deciding to go on me.  Ithink i need to replace the head gasket anyway.  I will run it till it breaks.

Check your plugs.  May have been fouled by oil.

Hyena question about your rear leaf setup, with just one spring for the buggy leaf do you think that you might bend it. trying to back up over something ? I have just seen so many leafs bend I thought I would ask and maybe kind of bring that to your attention so that maybe you would carry a spare
