Anybody dont a dana 60 front that was stock toyota width? Im wondering if it can be done. I think the d60's have the spring pads cast into the center. Im wondering if it would mess everything up. Just thinking for future....

the only way you can get that thing to fit under a toyota spring width would be to narrow the 60 and then move the spring pad in. other wise start making your hangar wider. like i am right now.

you mean use the existing cast in one and put the other one wherever it needs to be, then shorten accordingly?

Yes just use the cast one and cut down the long side tube as needed or call sky and get a full width hanger kit and dont cut at all.
