CHEAP TIRES: Which is best for CHEAP?
« on: Jul 27, 2004, 06:51:17 PM »
I have had Hercules Terra Trac's on my rigs, and I like them a lot. They are kinda' noisy, but they are soft, & they did well on the 'Con.

Other opinions?

swamper LTBs.  very good tread, are holding up nicely on my truck(so far, barely any visible wear after about 7,000 miles) and a 34x10.5 will run about $120

Hey dirtbag, I don't know what they cost but they are cheaper than the big name brands. They seem hold pretty good, it may be worth looking in to. :dunno:

My tires are still good, just maybe giving some of the noobs info on cheap tires. I have a set of those Cooper Discoverer STT's, 33x12.50/R15LT, and they are HEAVY, and they wear HARD.
