he has a 1983 ford ranger single cab standard bed, he is looking to do a straight axle swap but doesnt know where to start he doesn't know what size he want 44 60.... he just would like tips and advice on what to get and how to do it. thanks guys i will keep him updated on ur opinions

Pull all the parts off of a F150 and put them on the ranger.. Straight up simple deal... The shock towers will need some work due to the frame being narrower than the F series and you'll have to do some work on the steering but its not too hard.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Be sure it's a pre-80s F-150 though,HP44 front with 9" rear.The later years had the TTB (Twin Traction Beam) front end,you wanna stay away from those.
