I got a question about switching v6 to 22re toyota's.

I gotta 1990 v6 toyota 4runner i just bought. and found out it doesnt run on all cylinders and has a blown head gasket.

What you guys think i should do

i would love to throw a 22re engine in this but i dont know how much it would cost to change that.

Also how much would it be to put a 4.0 v6 toyota in this??

how much you guys thinking and what are your ideas about this??

hey me too! exact same situation, 90 runner possible F'ed up HG, and not wuite clean at all cylinders, weird. anywasys whats the 4.0?
