Who can rebuild Bilstein 7100's?

I need a shock rebuilt.  One of my bumpstops ripped off and I smashed a shock.  The rod end of the shock fractured the bottom of the shock and now it leaks oil.  These shocks only have one season on them so I just need that seal and bottom part fixed and then probably have the shock recharged?  What do you guys suppose that could cost?  And who could do it?
