hey guys. I'm just starting to stock up on parts for my 88 4runner. all i have now is 64'' Chevy springs and i don't even know if i can use those. i need some help figuring what thing i can start looking for that i can get cheap or from junkyards without sacrificing to much performance. i don't know what all I'm going to do to this truck but any advice would be appreciated. i have access to 3/4 ton axles but don't know if that would be worth the hassle. again thanks for any input

What is your goal?

Chevys will work, depending on what height you are going for, then you can use a 5 leaf rears-up-front pack if you have those laying around.

Really depends on what you are building it for.

trying to make this a rock crawler mainly but able to do a little of everything. i dont really know what im doing but im really hands on and want to do it myself. im not stupid so i hope it goes ok. im want a wide stance and was wundering how much wider i could get a stock axle.
