Well this is my build from stock to trail-ready.  My truck just hit 70,000 original miles and since it's gonna be around for a while I thought I'd do it right and make a hobby out of it at the same time.
I added two diffs setup by marlin(v6 and high pinion) with 5.29 and arbs
dual cases with 4.7 and 23 spline
all-pro extreme 4 inch lift(in progress)
35 BFG's

I use it more for hitting up the secret fishing spots here and go camping so I'm thinking of leaving it so I can sleep back there after I pick up a campershell.

my one man canoe in the first pic and these had to go to fund the truck but I figured that would just leave me with more time to surf and fish.

got the front axle on today. still gotta do the rear tomorrow and finish power steering box and shock hoops.   :crossed:

Wow, that thing is clean.  :bowdown:

Kinda makes me think I should go with 37's on my rig cause I have the fiberglass fenders and will have Marlin's 4" lift installed.  I think I would have too much gap between the fender and the tire.

holy freakin wow dude...that interior looks showroom! and from the pics the rest of the truck looks nearly as good.

I bought the truck from a guy in arizona who was the second owner.  The truck just hit 70,000 miles and I was actually the one to take off the plastic on the headrests that came from the dealer.  I got all the window stickers as well as the paper tag key chain the dealer gave.  It was pretty crazy how meticulous the original owner was. Anyway I hope to get some finished pics by the end of the day. Thanks for the comments.

I wish my truck would e that clean...
4runner body on a hilux frame = Hi-Runner.
2,4 dti duals 2,28 x 2,28 to 8" 5.71 with arb´s  and 39,5" trxus
gathering parts for my goal which is
350 Chevy 700r4 auto to 2.28 x 4.70  and 4.88 9,5" cruisers diffs,diamondaxles and cable lockers, 44" richard cepecs

That thing is amazing.  Both the interior and out-terior look flawless.  I'm glad to see you're doing it right the first time.  I'd be so proud of that truck if I were you.
