exo tube opinions

going to start building an exo cage in the next couple months and not sure about tubing size. was thinking 1.5x120 dom but not sure if its too small strength wise and looks wise. any suggestions maybe some pics with 1.5 and maybe somthing bigger like 1.75

1.5 DOM should be ok.  if it were hrew i wouldn't go any less then 1.75.

I think you'll be fine with 1.5x.120 DOM.

IMHO the 1.5"  looks a little small I like the 1.75" look better. As far for strength  that all depends on the grade of tube you buy.

x2 DOM is much better but more expensive.  For a cage I only use DOM personally especially if your going 1.5x.120

1.75 HREW has held up pretty good in some of our trucks.  even to some heavy hits.  the 1.5 HREW doesn't seem to hold up very well though.  DOM is tougher, but for the cost it is up in the air.

ya i think the 1.75 would look better too but i have a 1.50 die so i dont want too buy the 1.75 die at around $300
