Topic: New Business hours effective April 1st, 2008: 7:30a - 4:00p!

Hello Marlin Crawler Community,

We would like to announce our Business hours will be changed beginning April 1st, 2008!

Our new hours will be open from 7:30 am PST, and will close at 4:00 pm PST.

Our goal is to help aid in central and east coast customers and to provide a more flexible service during your lunch break! Phone lines will be open during the lunch time hours!

Again, these new hours will not go into effect until next Tuesday, April 1st, 2008. Please make a note of it!

what about the phone system, did that get updated with Day light savings.

Last time I called nobody answered until after 9am pst, thats 11am here in TX, but the auto answering computer said 8am......

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. We are fully aware of the problems with our phone system. We are actually waiting for a new replacement phone system to come in the mail so we can get it installed and all setup. Look for this in the next month hopefully!

I just tried to call at 4:30 Mountain time and got the message "We're closed, please call between 8 and 5" 

Marlin is still on the West Coast, Right?

Marlin should be calling you this afternoon. All of our salespeople are on the way to the Round-Up so phones are now down until Monday.
