More 22re swap stuff

I noticed in my 4runner there is a large 80 amp fuse actually bolted to the wires in the under hood fuse block.  My PU doesn't have this.  My donor rigs fuse box is all busted up (with the donor re).  Do I also need to swap in this fuse block??  I kind of thought all that was required was the engine wiring harness and computer??  Swapping from a 85 pickup to a carbed 84 pickup.  If I need this block, anyone have one they want to get rid of?
