22re complete running, built for supercharger/turbo
« on: Mar 13, 2008, 09:05:51 AM »
Here are the specs from the person that built the engine (Blatant on PBB)

-- 22RE with fresh rebuild using factory new Toyota turbo pistons, bored .030, 8.0:1 compression, Calico coated bearings, adjustable timing chain with steel guides, new turbo head, new factory turbo valves, bronze valve guides, supercharger built by KF industries for a fuel-injected 22re. The company has changed names to Fageol superchargers. 5 pounds of boost. New cat and easily passes AZ emissions. EGR is removed but included.

From this truck...

The supercharger is gone.:(

The truck has been green stickered, trail only since it has been in Ca, so the mileage is still very low, I would estimate under 10k.  Since it is green stickered (and running on a fuel cell) I don't know how it will do on smog.  I'll have to double check if the EGR is still missing and if I have one to include.

I do not think it is a factory turbo block, so it would probably need to be drilled and tapped for the oil line if used with a factory turbo setup.  It would work GREAT with this supercharger setup. :grinpimp:

It's still in the truck and running (though the truck isn't really driveable).  Come and hear it run.  Can make a package deal on as much as you need as far as wiring or whatever.  There is a header on it that I won't be using either.

The cost of freedom is always high, but Americans have always paid it. And one path we shall never choose, and that is the path of surrender, or submission.
