just got diagnosed with it in the er after going in for some crazy bad chest pains and not really being able to breathe, feeling much better now after getting some meds but i know they are not going to last long.  Apparently the outer lining of my heart is swolen making it skip and rub against each other.  Just kinda wondering what other people with this have done? kinda over missing 2 weeks of work and st.pattys in chico or straight up just sitting in my house would blow

Interesting... I have similar symptoms - where the lining of my lungs rub on my ribs and the cartilage on my sternum and hurts like hell.  Hurts to breathe, hurts not to breathe etc.  But they called that 'costrachrongitis'.  I'd say a lot of it has to do with diet - have you been eating differently lately?

Oh awsome, I'm glad it is something that goes away, cuz what I got doesn't.  Good luck with that!

Did your right arm go numb or tingly at all?
Did it hurt when you moved one of your arms across your chest or up too high.. or in any other way?
Ive been having bad chest pains randomly, but i think its more of a pinched nerve thing..
