Safe tail lights
« on: Jun 29, 2004, 04:02:49 PM »
Just a quick design idea. I finally finished moving my tail lights, project #21 of about 239, I think. I was running lights ones I cut to fit between my bumper tubes, but kept smashing or cracking them. This keeps them up out of the way and totally dry too. I just cut square sections out of my box, organized the snarl of wires in the box etc. Just a little idea I got while looking at the lights on a Jeep. The wire guards were cut and reworked from a Jeep at the junkyard.

Thanks. I loomed and wrapped wires, sealed back of lights and everything w/silicone.

I thought I felt an earthquake, now I know it was just someone putting jeep lights on a yota! (next time warn us before you do that!)
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

Lights are for a trailer, just the cages from unclean source, but they were purified in Holy Yota juice before they touched my truck, so don't worry.
