PICTURES OF NICE 22R ENGINS
« on: Feb 21, 2008, 07:04:43 PM »
Interested in some nice pics of 22r engins. I want to get my engin compartment looking pro. I just hate vaccume tubes going everywhere but what are you going to do.

nothin like a clean engine!! my dad just scored an 80 2wd with only 113,000 miles on it!!!! im pullin the 20r out and puttin rings, seals, gaskets, water pump, mains, rods, honing the cylinders and new clutch then painting it blue to match the interior!!! it'll be so damn clean!!! im starting that in class next week, i'll try to start up a little thread on it!!

Does it have to be in an engine bay?  Pan and accessory mounts aren't painted yet, but it'll look pretty tits when they're done.

Here's mine.  I couldn't stand all the vacuum lines so I re-routed most of them.  The two that travel over the header were extended and re-routed around the firewall and dr. side fender well.  The two large sensors on the VC are now next to the intake and attached to the charcol canister.  PS vacuum lines route around the front of the head.  Much cleaner.
