power steering pic.

does anyone have a picture of a power steering setup for a 20r motor as where its located on the engine? the idler pulley and pump brackets.

I'm sure someone will dig up a pic of it.. The pump is located on the drivers side of the engine at the bottom below the distributor, and the steering box is located inside the engine compartment attached to the drivers side frame rail all the way to the front just in front of or beneath the radiator on the drivers side.

The resivor is located right next to the coil and says "Toyoda" on top of the round silver lid.

The tensioner assembly bolts onto the front of the block in 3 places I believe and the crank needs to have another pulley bolted on the front of it.  The pulley isnt a problem as it simply bolts on but the head needs to have the extra material added on the passenger bottom front of the head for the tensioner.  The engine out of my 81 had the bolt holes drilled and tapped for all the bolts but it was missing the bolt in the front of the head on bottom.  I just made a simple bracket out of 1/4" plate that came off the side of the head and it worked great.


I can take much clearer pics if you need them just lemme know.

C'mon you should know better than that!  Thats not even an re, its just a pain old 22r thats in another truck at me house.  Mine is no where near that nasty.  Its actually really clean, I cleaned all the crap off while it was out.
