In those pics its easy to see what you were saying about not having a real shop. Your kinda cramped in there. I work out of my 1 car garage, but I have a little more room. I feel your pain.  :therethere:

my buddy zack just bought an 86 turbo pickup for $500 it needs a new bed and drivers door, so when he is finished with the 87 excab he is going to clean this truck up and D.D. it.
i also found him a garret t04 turbo for the crawler that will fit his turbo header.
here are some pics of his 87 with the 7mgte/w56/dual 23spline cases

i helped my neihbor get his truck runnin. he spent days tryin to figure out why it would start and not keep runnin, i let him borrow some parts to try like the computer, coil/ ignitor, dist, injectors, but nothing worked.  I finally went down there and unpluged the cruise plug from the ignitor, and plugged the motor harness into it, and it ran great, im still givin him :pokinit: for it

finished another ifs hub conversion, and when chancey gets here with some locktite, i will install the arp hub studs

Would you mind elaborating on how you did this? It looks like you're using IFS rotors with a small wheel spacer. How'd you do that? Thanks for your help!

not too difficult, just need an aluminum 5/8" wheel spacer and drill it to match the holes on the ifs brake rotor, and get some longer bolts to install the spacer in betweet the rotor and hub body, here is a nice pic.
i still havent been able to find a 5/8" spacer, but ive been runnin a 1/2 spacer with 2 washers to get to 5/8".  I have 5 trucks runnin around with this mod, and no failures yet, and it only costs about $60 for the spacers
