i have the new chocolate, it works well for me, ive driopped it a few times, hard, and its still working, ive gotten it wet before snoboarding and it never stopped working, the only time it messes up, is sometimes when im taking/viewing videos it will freeze for aobut 3 minutes then work totally perfect again. al the pictures in my buildup thread were taken with its camera. decent pics, video quality kinda sucks. and its almost to small for my hands to use, but then again i have some hugeass hands.

it should also be noted the at the old chocolate were horrible, the redesigned ones are much better.

if you get a chocolate make sure u get the new one. the old one sucks so much balls. everyone i know that has the new sleeker version is MUCH better

yea definitely the old one is HORRIBLE!!

also, a friend of mine has the GZ phine with the hugeass bumper on the top and that thing is indestructable while driniking, he chucked it as hard as he could against a briick wall, phone still works, its a tank, but probly worth the money.

I got mine for free, upgrade at the end of a contract. Hell, I've never paid more than $100 for a phone.

Call the service center rather than using a store...I had some very good service from them. Did you try the rice thing from that link?

The customer service number on their site...me tinks it in Phx. I never had to set foot in the store!
