go to photoshop and resize it, if you can't figure out how e-mail them to me and I'll resize them and post em for ya

Welcome to the board.  I had the same problem until I got some help from 79yota.  When you go to save the picture it will have a box the says quality, select the one that has the highest compression, it will make your file alot smaller.  Hope this helps.
