Is it BOTH cases, or the dual case adaptor and one 4.7 case?  I just sold a 23 spline dual case adaptor with a complete 4.7 rear case for $750 in used condition.

I have a line on a complete set up with the advanced adapter for the turbo 350 trans. He wants 1200 for the whole set up and i was just wondering if it was worth it.Its a 23 spline case with only two trips on it.

Nope, but I do have a rebuilt 231 with headers sitting there waiting to be installed.  Don't have anything solid lined up for a tranny yet, though I do know where there's a bellhousing and clutch stuff to run a toy tranny behind it.  If I were to go automatic it'd be 700r4 first, t350 second.
