Bakersfield area toyota's

moved here again, for the second time now to finish up school, and i've been looking for guys in toyota's to go wheeling with.  havn't found a single one.  there was actually a couple of guys i talked to a while back when i was here that went, but i don't remember who or where they were.  anyways, i just found out that the church i go to has an off road club called High Roads.  They're a great group of guys.  they all drive jeeps, so i was wondering if anyone else who has a toyota would be interested in go wheeling with us.  let me know if there is anyone in the area.

this is great!  we should plan a trip.  the jeep guys in club give me a hard time because i'm the only toyota guy that hangs out with them.  it would be great to get a few trucks together and go wheeling.  i posted my # on here so if you guys want to meet up sometime, let me know.

Im a little north of you, in fresno.. my brother, I and a few friends runs are yoats just about every week in the area.. If you ever want to come this way we can go run some of the loc. trails its only about an hour and 20mins up 99. We are going this weekend and the next for sure...! might even camp next weekend

i will, as soon as i'm done with school.  i would have gone to cal poly instead, but got tired of getting turned down.  moved to bakersfield and i'm almost done now. 

i'll definitley be getting a hold of you guys here shortly.  i have midterms this week so i'll be studying all week.  but maybe this coming weekend or next we can go wheeling.  thanks again for the replies.

i talked to borja and he said the only way he was going to go wheeling was if we went somewhere close by, so i guess we're staying here.  you should come with us, thats a long drive man, it a lot closer if you come here.

cool link.  i've heard them from other people in the area.  sounds like a cool club.  i actuall ended up getting on with a club here in town called high roads enterprises.  you've probably heard of them.  i guess the guy, steve, who actuall started the club is pretty good friends with marlin and they go wheeling all the time.  i don't know his last name, but i know he moved to oakhurst and is a pastor at the church there.  not too many of the guys in the club go wheeling much.  i'll have to check out the trailblazers too.  thanks mike.

i havn't had a chance to wheel with him yet.  he has a trip coming up memorial day weekend at rubicon that he's trying to get the club to go to.  i don't know if i'm going to make it or not.  i'm going to mcr7 for sure.  i had a blast last year.  i have a wedding to go to up north the weekend after memorial day and thats a little too much driving in too short of time.  i'm trying to talk everyone into going to mcr7(even though they're all jeeps).  looking forwayd to wheeling with pastor steve though.
