I have a 92 Toyota standard cab pickup. Currently I have a 3" body lift and a 4 1/2 to 5" suspension lift running 36" TSL's on 15x8 rims. I'm wanting to do a SAS but I don't know if I need a 4,5, or 6" lift?

How much trimming are you willing to do?  I would say pull the body lift off, and do the 4 inch lift.  The 36's should fit with minimal trimming if any at all.

4 inch will easily fit,  and could probably  cut your body lift in half,   but  keeping the BL  you'll be  plenty clearance  with 4 inches

Is the 4" lift actually a 3" spring with a 1" shackle?

Negative, it's 4" leafs.  4" springs will yield more lift than that though.

You can go through life being scared of the possible, or you can have a little fun and tease the inevitable.

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!

How does the SAS handle on the road with no sway bar or torque rod?
