forward shift to top shift

I have a dual case set up and the front case is a forward shift and I need to convert it to a top shift. Does MC sell the parts to do this? I dont see anything on the web site.

Actually, they don't sell them anymore. This was just discussed a few days ago. I put a link up from Pirate on how to modify the shift rods.

I dont really know I guess. I just need to figure out how to convert this with no parts. Everywhere  I call just sells rebuilt cases.
