OK guys so the Question is what is the best material to build my front drop hanger when i do my sas??? also lets post any pics of front hangers that are out there i would like to see whats out there.....

Here is my drop box, my buddy Luke made it at his shop 4x4 Labs in Grass Valley, CA. He made it with 3/4" steel all around with 1/2" steel for the hangers themselves. its reinforced on the sides. it has a bottle opener too but its usualy too muddy to use  :gap:







And yes, as tempting as street signs are to fabricate with  :headscratch: :screwy: dont use them :D

idk if there is a front hanger build tech thread yet, but you should start one if there isnt one already

Why don't you buy Marlin's kit?  It comes with everything, front and rear mounting points.

i can fab up the stuff myself and plus i dont have the money to buy the kit it is way to pricey for me i have been collecting the parts for a while now i have almost everything just need hy steer and shocks.....

i searched for "front hanger tech" and nothing came up so i said screw it and didnt bother with it after that
