Well is it brake fluid or gear oil ? It's not to hard to tell them apart. Take off your rear drum and look around. It's either a axle seal which is not to expensive just a pain in the but, and you can buy a wheel cyclnder for cheap if thats the problem

Dude those seals are easy to replace!  It'll take a 14mm shallow socket 3/8th's drive, 10mm flare nut wrench, a large flat tipped screwdriver, hammer, small block of wood, piece of small vacuum line with a golf tee or equivalent and needle nosed pliers.  Those are the only tools you'll need besides the normal it takes to get the tire off.
1.  Take off the tire.
2.  using the needlenosed pliers remove the hairclip that holds the e-brake clevis to the actuating arm
3.  using the 10mm flare nut wrench remove the brake line from the wheelcylinder.
4.  Using the 14mm socket and ratchet, remove the 4 nuts that hold the drim and brake assembly
to the axle now is the time to put the vacuum line with the golf tee in the end over the brake line end.
5.  Now use the large screwdriver to remove the seal.  Replace it with a new one by tapping on the piece of wood, CAREFULLY as not to damage the new seal.

Reassembly in reverse order.  If you do not allow much brake fluid to escape chances are you wont need to bleed your brakes.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

The only thing we have not mentioned is a bad axle bearing could have caused the seal failure.

I think the seal only costs what?  $8.00 i believe.  Then you would have to buy gear oil for around $10.00?  So it doesn't cost that much to fix it.  But then you need a little more brake fluid for when you disconnect the brake line.
