first post newb question

Mornin everyone!  I tried to search for the following answers but with the fact that we are dealing with trucks and the products manufacturer's name just happens to be the same name of the owner of the truck I am trying to research has made my quest un-easy thus far.  I am restoring a 1983 SWB truck and what the end result to look like Marlin's 1980 (minus the obvious body line differences)  So, my question is, what lift is he running?  What size tires what offset wheels?  Is there any fender trimming on his truck to get it to flex out with the tires that are on it?  Thank you for your time, you folks have a nice place here, I think I'll stay a while

Marlin is running the old 4in trail flex kit, 37in MTR's, with lots of trimming

The only answer to your questions not addressed is the back spacing on Marlin's wheels.  I don't know exactly, but 2" is very popular or use a standard back spaced wheel of 3.75" and run a 2" spacer.

I would also guess Marlin is running a wider 1986+ rear axle.
