Today I went to sac and got myself a nice new fender so i can get rid of the snorkel (w00t)

Also I got myself a yellow slip from the nice CHP officer that said my truck is too wide... wonder why? hahaha

I was just telling my cousin as i was leaving his house in rocklin that im surprised i ahvent got pulled... gayyyyyyy

Oh good luck on getting here tomorrow. the wind was so bad i was in 4th gear and on it pretty good just to keep 65. im so glad i didnt have a 4cyl today on the way there. it had to be a 40-50mph head wind.

With being too wide does that just apply to mudflaps or is it refering to fender width also, I know in montana half the tire has to be covered by fender/flare, and half the height of the tire has to be covered by flap also.

Umm im not sure all i know is it has to be guarded by some sort of "mudguard" and its just gotta be pretty legit.. not like a honda civic mudflap. I threw on some stocker ones off my old runner (on the runner) and i had a Chico PD officer friend sign it off and i was good to go. Im gonna do it legit this time with some thick rubber ones and have them so they can be removed

Isnt their some MC ones.  I had some cools ones made by flap art for like 100bucks you send them a desighn and dimentions you want and they make em.  reety cool to have something unique!

You could goto the semi wrecking yard and get the jumbo ones and cut them to fit>  Thats pretty cheap and should be heavy duty enough.  I want to do some sore of quickrelease on mine too.  I dont like flaps but its not worth payin fines over!

The big like 3/8" thick NAPA ones with napa in yellow.. thats whats up haha

I have no idea on either. WHen  im workin on it tomorrow ill pull out the ol measuring tape and let chu know.

Im guessing outside of tire to outside of tire is about 80-82"

Yea that would be cool, go inside to inside.  Im at 58in on the inside. pretty small, but I think the little trucks arnt much bigger.  I dont know anyone around here drivin one to measure.
