proper care of your strap is VITAL to its longevity! You could use something like mild detergent to clean it (like Woolite). Just avoid any harsh detergents such as dish soap! I would just use clean water and hang the strap to dry. Also make sure you keep it out of UV as it will damage the strap

Can you put it in the diswasher or washing machine to clean it?

so no go on chain as a recovery strap, but its great to have as an anchor point correct?  like a choker chain to attach to stumps or bushes?

You got it man....  Better to be safe than sorry

I usually go to a good hardware store and they should have some grade 8 chains, and some heavy hooks...  I have had one for years, pulled huge trees with tractors, stumps, and even an old cadellac filled with mud and gravel, without any problems...

2 tree savers
2 pull straps.
come a long
hi-lift
multipule d-rings
chain
snatch block
winch
several receiver pins.  (amazing how many people don't have these and no other way to attach a strap to their bumper that has a 2" receiver)
Gloves

That's my typical recovery gear i carry.  Yes, I probably carry too much.

I want to get a pull pal to go with my winch, any thoughts on how well these things really work? I think the 14000lb should be enough to get out of most of the messes I get in to.
I love with JESSI COMBS! I look forward to the day I can work with her, cause I'm THE NEXT BIG THING!

I guess I'll shell out the 500 bucks and find out for myself. If Jessi ever gets better perhaps I can go with her and "product test" then let y'all know.

Which model hi-lift does everyone use?  The all cast (red) 60"?
