My daughters christmas present
« on: Nov 29, 2007, 09:13:52 PM »
Well we finally did it. FFC and I and the fam got my daughter a quad.  It is a 50cc little starter quad but it is to get her going.  We took her out wheelin and riding and she loves it so it is time to get her one.  This will be sitting outside on her christmas ready for her to go riding with all of us.  I dont think she will know till she actually gets outside and see's it out there.  :woohoo:  I have wanted to do this for so long.  now she will have her own quad to go wheelin with us.

FFC had a great idea of putting it in the back of the tow rig till we get up to her cabin.  Then when we get there unload it in the morning.  But till then I will keep it in the back of the jeep with a tarp.  I have a couple hours to spend on it to clean it up and tune up the carb, throttle block, want to add a light to it, add a better teather kill switch system to the bike.  It is ready to go now but I want it to be perfect. :cheese:

sweet guys that is awesome.  looks to be a kodak moment.  As a father myself make sure u got lots of camaras there to catch the moment.  spend lots of time with her she will remember it later.  My daughter is grown and now has a family of her own and some of her very most cherished memories is the time we spent together.  She wants her daughter to have some of those memories too.

You gonna share some pics of the mpoment with us marlinites??  that would be really nice if u did.

Good luck to u guys it looks like u got every thing going for u.

HAVE A VERY VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

She looks like a natural! Good job.
