Or the case is in neutral. Did you put a shifter in it and try low/hi neutral/2wd?

Normally the input breaks right behind the splines. I'd say your mainshaft is broken.

I would think the same thing.

I had the shifter in it about 2 min. before the video.  I was hell on it in Kentucky and something popped and it stopped pulling.  I will get into it sometime this next weekend.

Ahh, wasn't sure if it was one you picked up used and were just going through it before installing it or if it was working and failed on you. Could be the hi/low shift collar has split too. Either way you're going to have to open it up and investigate.
