Hi Guys
Ive finaly got permission for my solid axle swap .
Going to be using leaf springs up front and a standard toyota solid axle we have solid hilux upto 1996 i think they are all the same i hope lol.
Can anyone tell me about marlins bellfield outer cvs are they any good and are they all the same joints in the solids .
ive tried finding them here in aus and can only find longfields which over hear are bloody $$$ 650aus each F***k
So if the Bells are as good ill get them at 160us each i can get both for the price of 1.lol

how do they go from 125$ to 650aus?????

is there no way to get arround the import tax??

surfindave

Yer $650 is $$$$$
I can import them myself the longs are $125USea so i could get 2 imported and taxed for the $650AUS i just dont have a fax number for longs and cant get them on email so if you know there fax number post it for me id appreciate it.Or email
We have a distributor here who sell the longs and they seem too think they can sell them for whatever thay like they also sell marlin crawlers and you dont wanna know what they cost .
Thanks Dave
Ps 650 aus is about $440US

i dont think they have a fax, but if you wanna pay long distance the phone # to order is 253-843-0551 and the phone # for tech questions is 253-847-8254 i would personaly go with ringed longs, good luck

Unfortunately i dont know anyone in the states who could send them too me a a birthday prezzi lol.And still will have to pay tax.
My wife is a customs broker so unfortunately the tax is still applicable but it works out to be 18% of the total cost of goods and FREIGHT work that 1 out .
But it will still be cheaper for me to get from marlin or longs.
So if the bells are ok ill send a fax and see how much the freight will be.
Thanks guys
