Built toy axles Norcal, springs, gas tank
« on: Oct 08, 2007, 10:06:15 AM »
Front is out of a 1982.  Bottom gusset cut offf and welded on the top.  Bottom of housing has been clearanced/shaved.  TG built third member with 5.29's, and spool and triple drilled flange (New back in April).  Marlin Highsteer with hydrolic assist steering (complete with box, lines and ram). ARP knuckle studs.  ARP hub studs (new in April).  Complete Rebuild kit in April with new wheel bearings.  30 Spline Longfields (birfs are new back in April, shafts are older) 1 1/2 inch wheel spacers.  Marlin heavy duty inner axles seals.  setup for leaf springs.

Rear is from an 86. Bobby Long cryoed Yukon 5.29 gears.  Welded.  housing has been clearanced/shaved.  setup for a four link but still has the spring perches.

Will not part out.  SOLD  I have well over $3500 into these axles with many parts not even half a year old.

Front leaf springs.  Custom pack gives about 3-4 inches of lift.  Have had these on for almost 3 years now.  haven't lost any lift and flex amazingly.  needs new bushings.  made up of rear toyota springs, a chevy leaf and waggy springs. 1 spring has a broken center pin.  $100

2 inch wheel spacers Sold

Stock 84 extra cab carb gas tank.  no dents.  FREE

All of these are still on the truck except the gas tank.  The axles have to be sold first, if they do not sell then nothing is sold.  Located in Sacramento, California

I am looking for 60's front and rear.  A rear stock 60 is only worth a couple hundred dollars though.

a toyota would be a semi float design. a full float would be like a hub type thing.  with 6-8 bolts and a flange.  the axle is attached to the flange.

my 60 has the 8 lugs for the wheel to mount to, then it tapers off to a hub looking thing that has 6 bolts and sticks out about 3.5 to 4 inches, so that makes it a full floater right?

I'd be interested in the hydro assist and possibly box if you decide to split some of it up. Shipping would be to 72701. Thanks!
