FFC and MWM....you ladies are missing out. I dont even watch the show on TV cuz I can never catch it. I just buy the DVDs. You have to be into messed up and twisted humor to enjoy it but man, Family Guy is an awesome show. Give it another chance!!

I have given it other chances. I watched it once cause I like The Simpsons and King of the Hill, but I did not like Family Guy. But everyone kept talking about how hysterical it was so I figured I'd give it a second chance and didn't make it through half the show.
It sucks IMNSHO. (I don't know about the others, but in my defense it's got that creepy talking baby, it grossed me out)

o well, i guess that show isnt for everyone

i didnt like it at first, but now i love it

im sure there are shows you MWM watch that people on this bored or thread think are just stupid, and a waste of time (like you with FG), but o well nothing we or you can do about it

Here is a clip of the commercial from the Star Wars episode. I am not sure how long this video will last, they are being removed from YouTube for copyright reasons:

This video doesn't show what is going on, but as you'll remember from Star Wars, R2D2 (the small silver and blue canister robot with wheels) had a SOS video message stored in his memory from Princess Leia, and after Luke met up with Obi-wan Kenobi, R2D2 played the video message for him.

So in the Family Guy episode, after R2D2 plays the video for Obi-wan, this silly commercial just starts playing right after the SOS message. I was like wwwwwwwwwhat?! hahahahah :yupyup: :rofl2:
