IFS BOXES!

Will a two wheel drive IFS box work for crossover. (86-89) ive got a two wheel drive donor truck in the backyard....

From what I hear they are not as strong as a 4x box but I cant see the downside other than replacing one everyfew years.  I have one as well, if it wasnt for the fact that I have a scoutII box I might have used it.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

hese right same design but it is not as strong i wouldn't go out and buy one but if its free it will work fine

Kinda Late but...the mount for the 2WD box is slightly different: Two bolts go through the frame, but instead of the bolt on top, it mounts vertically to the inside of the frame. The 4WD ones are deffinately way more beefy.
85 P/U, 5.29's, ARB's, 5" Skyjacker front w/ shackle, 5" Chevy rear w/ shackle+buggy,in cab cage, Ford shock hoops etc. I WANT CROSSOVER!!!
