This is a pretty much stock 1983 toyota short box 4x4 that I would like to trade for a new set of Marlin 4.7 t-case gears, Hy-steer w/ IFS box and anything else you guys want to throw in, Hell I'm pretty open to what I will take in trade for this as long as it's reasonable. The truck is worth $1500 to me, So ask away

I am located 20 min south of sacramento and the truck is in good condition. It is obviously not in excellent and needs some TLC but is a good truck. Come hear it run and drive it

That is definately worth it...but i think that is an  82 or older (83 had square headlights)....does it have a 4speed or a 5speed?

so its got about 6 inches of lift(2 inch shackles and 4 inch leafs)  DOes it have a body lift? what kind of care does it need?  Knuckle rebuilding? Major tuneup?  I can do the work its just this truck is for a buddy of mine that i owe a major favor to... thanks runner

WellIi screwed it all up    the production date is 5/80. And the truck is only a 4 spd. The truck has gotten new wheel bearings in the front, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and oil changed in everything but the tranny with in the last 100 miles. I honestly don't know much about the truck, but I think it needs some carb work cause it tends to flud out on slight inclines. not like pulling up the driveway or anything. It needs a new shifter cause the bushing is worn out and there is alot of play in it. And the clutch sytem needs a little work, cause it has to be all the way to the floor for it to go in gear, but the clutch it's self seems fine. Once the truck warms up it seems to run good and strong. Like I said though I don't know much about the vehicle and haven't put much time in it.  I have taken it on a couple dry river bed runs and had no problems though.  It has a 2 inch body lift, 2 1/2 in shackles and I'm not sure about the springs. It has 33's and one tire is a mismatch, 2 mismatched buckets that seat covers would fix, a double tube roll bar not bolt together show bar, 4 KC lights that to of the mounts broke off of but still work. One nerf bar on the drivers side  an electric fan, and a thumpin radio shack sound sytsem  . Got anymore questions shoot away
