Here is the progress so far, please feel free to comment/input your opinion:

heres some specs on the front.

frame extended 5"

shackle reverse

toyota 47" rears up front, mounted 1" back from the end of the frame. which extends my wheel base 2" when the springs are flat.

near 90* approch angle at ride height

super custom funky shackles, mounting distance from spring hanger 42 3/4", and 2 3/8" up from bottom of frame (still hoping they will hold up) still might need to notch out the frame but im going to wait and see

pinion angle unknown at this moment, but i can tell im going to have to add shims

freshly rebuilt front axle with trail gear ott steering

33x13.50r15 swamper ltb
15x8" crager soft 8 wheels with 4" b.s.

trail gear 26" extended brakelines that arnt connected yet, hopfully i remember befor i get all excited and go drive it some where.

for the rear im going to try this:

i measured when the stock springs were flat 26" from the center pin to my new hanger location, then subtracted 1". so the wb would be extended 1" in the rear when the toy springs are flat. i figured 1" would be all i could do so the axle wouldnt hit the gas tank at full compression, hopfully it doesnt shorten my wb at ride height.

hangers are inborded so that i can mount the shackle hangers on the bottom of the frame instead of beside it.

hopfully all this works. if not i will definitly let you guys know and tell you how i corrected it

o ya, if you are doing a toy swap without inboarding your springs you dont have to relocate the gas tank. just in case some of you were wondering

IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

What's up with the certain sticker.  I would have been almost sure that you would have photochopped that out.

His build, not mine. He really doesn't care about any of the drama.

Deffinetly a little higher than I thought it would be.

Move that rear shackle hanger back and shorten the shackle an inch.
