I wonder if it makes mine so gutless because I have them on the front and none on the rear. My bed is bobbed, I don't have a toolbox or spare tire or anything to add weight back there, either.Nice pics folks.

Talk about no weight it was my Samurai I did it in, had the shocks finished in the front but didn't get the rears on. That thing was sooooooo bouncy.
When I did the lift on my Runner I didn't have shocks in the rear. That was a bouncy ride. It was scary to drive. It would bounce enough to unload the 63's & double shackle in the rear
well are you running shocks or no???
I'm thinking no Since he agreed with Tallchevy on not having them in the rear

the shock mounts on the axle?
when u get the rear ubolt flip kit that brings up the need for shock mounts on the axle. and i am using 14" travel shocks and with the same angles u are (were) using. i welded to bolts right next to each other on a crossmember i put in also. my shocks are completely triangulated and they work great that way i only use about 4 "s of drop and 3" of compression so i have no chances of bottoming out. and my truck is a DD and they were great on the road
