94 cr500 after ripping up and down the pasture a couple dimes i desided the paddle will stay on it and it will only see sand, lots o' power and very little traction on dirt or especialy gravel lol but still fun none the less
not a bad score for 500 bucks

:yikes:  SCORE!!  Wanna double your money?  Moose flywheel weight will help tame it, 94 was definately a good year too.

I miss riding and tinkering on 2 strokes   It's fun to see how fast you can rebuild one!

My friend had an early 90s kx500 several years ago and let me ride it.  I'm 5'3" and maybe weighed 130 at that time.  You can guess the chaos that ensued :haha:  Let's just say 1st through 3rd were completely useless for me!  I started off in 1st on the pipe, kept it on the pipe through 5th and it absolutely wouldn't hook up for me.  I could only ride it for maybe 10 minutes before arm pump took over and my arms would get rock hard!

yeah im 5'10" and about 145-150lbs and it actualy feels supprizingly nimble to me but no traction on gravel its going to spend most of its life as a dune bike
