thanks again tyota90 for the axles. I'll have to swap them in, and make some driveshafts. and I think I'll be done. we'll I'll need some tires. anyone have any 38's+ for cheap?

got the axles yesterday, no progress, my bro's gonna go with the sky's fullwidth kit. so once he gets that he'll be putting them on.

Those things will be sweet under there. just one question though. How'd you get a pic of those axles in front of my garage door?

are the lug patterns the same on those axles?  10 bolt is 6 lug and 9" is 5 lug isnt it?

The 9" is now under the truck. I'll ordered sky's shackles and crossmember for the fullwidth swap. It should be here friday or saturday and then I'll be putting the front axle on. I have half of the front square driveshaft done I just need to make the rest of it. The first pic is a little blury. It looks like I was running by and snapped a shot.

I should have some more parts showing up this weekend and will have the axles up and just need to finish up the square driveshaft for the front so I can drive it down the to driveshaft shop. Does anyone know where to get a tap for gm tre to modify the toy pitman arm?

It has 454-Th400 and I think and 70 rear or 80 I haven't checked yet. It sits lower than the one with the flames on it. The interior is pretty nice too.

Since some parts haven't shown up yet and I already sold the axles i had to make the front axle stay somehow. here's what I came up with.

i was talkin about how the axle is just sitting there under the springs with nothing to keep it from falling.  i think this is even more scary than the propane tank jackstands i saw in another thread.

haha no there are jack stands under it. it was like that for a brief second to jack the frame up for the jack stands. it's on jack stands and the tires are blocked front and rear and the pinion in sliding down. I gotta make it look like its still together. Gotta make the home owners association happy you know.
